Terms

Terms for using Patient Conduct.

These terms govern Patient Conduct, a Carealy product, while Carealy validates evidence quality, source rights, and the physician workflow.

Access

Anyone with a verified email address can create an account. Patient Conduct is built for physicians and other regulated health professionals practising in Ontario. Keep your account credentials secure, use only your own account, and notify Carealy if you believe the account has been compromised.

Patient Conduct is currently provided without payment. Any future paid plan will require separate notice and acceptance before a charge is due.

What Patient Conduct provides

Patient Conduct searches an authorized source library, generates evidence-grounded syntheses, exposes supporting passages, and lets you preserve work in insights and casebooks.

Sources can change, be withdrawn, or have jurisdiction-specific limits. Inspect the original authority and exercise your own professional judgment before acting. Patient Conduct does not replace clinical judgment or legal advice.

Your workspace content

You remain responsible for the questions and material you submit. You give Carealy the limited permission needed to store, process, retrieve, and generate from that material to provide and secure the service.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, attempt to bypass source or account boundaries, interfere with the service, extract the corpus in bulk, or use Carealy to violate another person's rights.

Source rights and output

Carealy's software and product design remain Carealy property. Third-party authorities remain subject to their own ownership, attribution, access, and reuse terms.

Generated answers can be incomplete or wrong even when citations are present. Citation display does not guarantee that a source is controlling or applicable to a particular situation.

Availability and suspension

Carealy may pause generation, withdraw a source, restrict an account, or roll back a release to protect users, sources, or the service. Saved work and account deletion should remain available when research generation is paused unless containment requires a broader restriction.

Ending access

You can delete your account from Account settings. Carealy can end access for misuse, security risk, or discontinuation of the service. The Privacy notice governs deletion and backup expiry.
